Poursha Jackson

Poursha Jackson is the Director of Finance at AERDF. Poursha is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, financial systems and policy implementation and management, and overseeing finance team operations.


Prior to AERDF, Poursha worked at Evergreen Alliance, a CPA firm serving tax-exempt organizations. At Evergreen, Poursha conducted independent financial audits, composed financial statements, and completed auditor reports for a variety of mission centered organizations. Before Evergreen, Poursha was the Director of Program Operations at Enterprise Community Partners where she managed the regional budget and program operations. In her role, she designed and launched the first internal-on

demand training program for 300 employees across 11 regional hubs. She has previously served as aDirector of Finance and Finance consultant to tax-exempt organizations.


Poursha was a Gregson Bautzer scholar at California State University Long Beach where she received her BS in Finance. She is also a graduate of the McKinsey & Company Black Leadership Academy.


Poursha and her husband, Richard, have two fur babies – Honey and Copper. Poursha allows love, light, and laughter to guide her.
