Orlenda Herrera is the Executive Assistant for AERDF. She supports the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Integration Officer. Prior to this role, Orlenda was the Executive Assistant at NewSchools, supporting the Chief Executive Officer, President and the Innovative Schools team. Before joining NewSchools, Orlenda worked as a contractor at Kaiser Permanente, as well as shorter contracts at organizations like Cushman Wakefield, San Francisco Education Fund, and KQED. Before contracting, she worked as an administrative assistant at the Guatemalan Consulate. She holds a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
