Jade Heberer is the Learning Coordinator for AERDF. She connects individuals and program teams to the resources they need, manages organizational knowledge and structures, and builds workplace culture within AERDF’s remote office setting. After graduating with a BFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jade spent several years substitute teaching in her hometown. Prior to her role at AERDF, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at LEAP Innovations, a nonprofit committed to implementing personalized, learner-led curriculum in Chicago Public Schools. Throughout her professional career, Jade has discovered her passion for creating an equitable system that ensures a quality education for all learners, especially those in our priority communities. Jade lives in Chicago with her little cat, Famous Amos.
