Darnell is the Director of Operations and Innovation for Assessment for Good. Prior to AERDF, Darnell was a strategic management consultant partnering with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations working on issues of economic mobility and power building in historically marginalized communities. Darnell also served as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where he helped launch and lead the CZI Community Team. Prior to CZI, Darnell served as the Program Manager for the T3 Initiative at Teach Plus in Washington, D.C. and was a founding member of Link Strategic Partners, a community engagement and communication firm. Darnell has both an MPP and BA in Political Science from George Washington University.
