Caleb is a senior advisor for the K-12 Education Program focused on strategy. Before joining the foundation, he served as a public affairs officer for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and coordinator for the Hoover Institution’s Koret Task Force on K-12 Education.

Caleb received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a Master of Arts in history from the University of Hawaii.
