Alex Vazquez is the Senior Manager of Investment Operations for EF+Math. Before joining the team, she was an organizational development consultant, where she worked with organizations to create efficient and equity-focused processes and policies. Prior to her work as a consultant, she was the first Director of Finance and Operations at Hack the Hood, where she grew operational capacity to meet the demand for opportunities to support Black and Brown youth as they developed skills to enter the tech industry. Throughout her career, she has focused on the intersection of operations and equity, developing internal structures that create more equitable workplaces. Vazquez earned a dual bachelor’s in Ethnic Studies and Political Science from UC Berkeley and her MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts.
