Beatrice is an award-winning mathematics educator. She has been a teacher at the secondary and college level, district mathematics coordinator, independent consultant, and mathematics coach. Ms. Moore is a past member of the NCTM Board of Directors and currently serves as Executive Director of the Banneker Association, an NCTM affiliate.
