Dr. Dowling is a Research Professor at the Eliot Pearson Department of Child Development and Human Study at Tufts University where she is also Deputy Director of the Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development. She has over a decade of experience as a classroom teacher and close to two decades of experience as a researcher of positive youth development, with a particular interest in research in young people in low and middle income countries.
