Claudia graduated summa cum laude in 2019 from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Psychology and Minors in Public Health and Neuroscience. Between her undergraduate and post-graduate work, she has seven years of research experience, exploring different areas such as cognitive psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, and alcohol policy. Her work has focused on survey design, mixed-methods data collection, and qualitative analysis. She also has an education background, completing Teach for America’s teacher training and a year of a Masters in Teaching. She is published in Attention, Perception, & Psychophysics with another paper forthcoming in Substance Use and Misuse. She joined CWCE in January 2022 as the Data and Research Coordinator and was recently promoted to the Manager of Data and Research. In her role, Claudia contributes to all stages of research from data collection and analysis to visualization and reporting for internal and external audiences. Much of her work is focused on the development of equity-centered measurement and evaluation tools. She is also part of the team leading a participatory action research project in 10 schools.
