EF+Math Program Announces Their Latest Milestone

Auditi Chakravarty

Auditi Chakravarty is a career educator and K-16 education leader who has worked in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors leading curriculum, assessment, instructional design, and research. Most recently, Chakravarty served as SVP of Learning and Assessment at College Board overseeing teams and functions that power much of College Board’s work, including research, analytics, and reporting as well as psychometrics and test development. In this role she was deeply engaged in product development while prioritizing impact and outcomes for all students.

Chakravarty began her career as a middle- and high-school English teacher, then started in educational publishing at Scholastic before moving into broader product development roles at Kaplan K12 and Kaplan Test Prep. She joined College Board in early 2011 to lead the redesign of AP courses and exams and led development of AP Computer Science Principles as well as the beginnings of the AP Capstone program. In 2014 Chakravarty was named VP and general manager of the SpringBoard program and led the creation and launch of the Pre-AP program. After its soft launch in 2018, she took on an enterprise role leading the Learning and Assessment division and joined the College Board’s executive leadership team.

The through-line connecting Chakravarty’s professional, volunteer, and board roles has been developing programs for, mentoring, and enabling the success of diverse and low-income young people. She is a former Board chair and emeritus board member of South Asian Youth Action and currently chairs the National Board of Directors of Bottom Line. She is also a Venture Partner with LearnLaunch Accelerator. Auditi lives in New York City and Colchester, VT.
